All students will be photographed in the morning. Each student will receive a Camera Card to take home. The card will include the information families need to access the student\u2019s online gallery and order printed or digital portraits.<\/p>\n
Within a week of Photo Day, Darby Photos will provide:<\/p>\n
A proof sheet featuring the student\u2019s portraits.<\/p>\n
– A custom Student ID Card.
\n– An online access code on the proof sheet, allowing families to view the student\u2019s images and order printed or digital copies.
\n– A Digital ID Card, available as a free download through the online gallery and compatible with digital wallets for added convenience.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd04 Retake Day is Tuesday, October 13.<\/p>\n
Darby Photos\u2019 retake process ensures that every student who needs a new portrait has the opportunity. The return “proof” process from main photo day is repeated with retakes<\/p>\n
Who should have a retake?
\nStudents who were absent on September 15: They will automatically be scheduled for Retake Day. No parent or student action is required.<\/p>\n
Students who attended Photo Day but would like a retake: A parent, guardian, or student must submit a retake request through the online gallery by the deadline indicated on the proof sheet. Instructions for accessing the gallery and submitting a request will be included with the proof.<\/p>\n
Important: Students who participate in Retake Day will forfeit access to their original Photo Day images. The retake photo will replace the original image in the ordering gallery, yearbook, MYBC, and all office image products.<\/p>\n
For this reason, we ask families to submit a retake request in advance, rather than having students make a last-minute decision to retake their photo.<\/p>\n
