How to sign up!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grad photo&#8217;s are the week of Nov 12-14!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table class=\"SchoolFormTable\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"SchoolFormText\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>What to Wear &amp; Bring<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Attire Under the Gown:<\/span><\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The graduation gown has a V-neckline. We recommend a collared shirt and tie for a classic look, or a lower neckline so clothing doesn\u2019t show.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">All graduation attire (cap, gown, sash) will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Portraits begin in your personal outfit before you change into grad attire.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Props &amp; Extras:<\/span><\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Bring a personal prop that represents you (sports item, musical instrument, hobby item, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You\u2019re welcome to invite family or friends for additional portraits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If you\u2019d like a portrait with a fellow grad, we suggest coordinating back-to-back time slots.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u2728\u00a0<b>Tips for a Great Session<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Arrive early and ready to go &#8211; this ensures we stay on schedule, and you get the most out of your time. We suggest being 10 minutes early!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Keep your look neat and simple: avoid busy patterns, bold logos, or wrinkled clothing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Bring a small comb, brush, or touch-up kit if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Don&#8217;t stress over the session! Bring a smile and we will do the rest. DEC 16!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dear Westview Graduates,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">We are pleased to announce that the booking link for the upcoming Grad Portrait retake session on\u00a0<b>December 16th, 2026<\/b>\u00a0is now live. You can now go online and reserve your spot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><u><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Please review the information below to ensure you book the correct &#8220;type&#8221; of session for your needs.<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If you\u00a0ONLY\u00a0require a New or Updated Yearbook Headshot:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Book a\u00a0<strong>Yearbook Only (Single Photo Only)<\/strong>\u00a0slot. This option is for students who simply need to take or redo their yearbook photo and do not require a full portrait session. This is complimentary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If you ALREADY HAD A FULL SESSION\u00a0and\u00a0want to redo specific pose(s) for your gallery:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Please log in to your gallery and complete a complimentary\u00a0<strong>Retake Request<\/strong>\u00a0before booking. This form allows you to provide detailed instructions on the poses or images you want to redo along with feedback on what you would like different\u00a0this\u00a0time around. The more detail you provide, the more focused and effective your retake session will be.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Retake requests via the gallery are due by Dec 14th at midnight.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">After your Retake Request has been submitted, you will receive an email from us with a Passkey that removes the cost of the session. Retake sessions are complementary and do not require a payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If you need to upgrade from a previous yearbook only session or did not have a portrait sitting yet, and want more than just the yearbook photo:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Book a\u00a0<strong>Full Portrait Sitting (Includes Yearbook)<\/strong>.
