Once filled out, forms must be returned to a counselor in order for registration to be complete.<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT!!! Science 10 \u2013 All Science 10 students will write the course final IN CLASS DURING THEIR LAST 2 CLASSES OF THE YEAR as set by your teacher.  (For most students this starts the last week of May).  In the event of a strike day those class exams will be re-scheduled to Y-Day!<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT!!! \u2013 Chemistry 11 \u2013 All Chemistry 11 students will write their course final IN CLASS DURING THEIR LAST 2 CLASSES OF THE YEAR as set by the teacher. In the event of a strike day those class exams will be reschedule to Y-Day!<\/p>\n<p>Pitt Meadows Day Needs Volunteers \u2013 Volunteer Meeting this Thurs, May 29, 7 pm @ Pitt Meadows Library. Event is June 7. They need help through the day (7 am &#8211;  7 pm).<\/p>\n<p>Important Grad Info!!!  Ministry of Education will be MAILING TRANSCRIPTS TO YOUR ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE.  If you have moved and have not given us your new address you will not receive your transcript.  Please see Mrs. Davis if you need changes made or want to double check the info we have.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarships \u2013 If you have received a scholarship, please come to the school office and see Ms. Timperio with your letter of confirmation from the issuing institute, in order for us to recognize and congratulate you at the grad ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>GRAD READER CARDS &#8211; If you have not completed your card please see Mrs. Timperio in the office right away.<\/p>\n<p>PE 8-12:  If you have yet to do your Beep Test and\/or Fitness Testing your absolute last chance is next Y-block on Monday, June 2nd.<\/p>\n<p>PE Student Aide marks are posted on the board in the girl\u2019s change room hallway.  Please check to see your %. Must be available weekends and preferably have previous employment.
