Students, as we enter the final 8\u00a0weeks of school, please be focused on completing all of your courses.\u00a0<\/strong>As such, a few reminders:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students in grades 8-10<\/u><\/strong> should only be working in work areas supervised by teachers. So, do not go to the rotunda or outside to work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students in grades 11-12<\/u><\/strong> can work in the rotunda with a stamped planner. Students in grades 11 and 12 can work outside at tables if you have a teacher or administrator providing direct supervision.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finally, as the set is now being built for our next production, if the rotunda is being used for a drama class, the rotunda is closed to all students.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students are still able to sign up the following courses for next year:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Work Experience<\/strong>: we will help you find a placement or you can receive credit for your paid job<\/strong><\/p>\n

Community Service<\/strong>: receive credits for volunteer work done in the community. There is also the potential of a Dogwood Scholarship in the area of your Community Service. \u00a0<\/strong>See Mr. Wiens if interested in either of these opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ATTENTION GRADS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please ensure that you\u2019ve paid your grad fees!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have been offered a scholarship, please bring your offer letter to Mrs. McGrath in the Career Centre<\/p>\n

Mr. Williams is holding a New York student\/parent meeting TODAY, Tuesday, May 3 at 6pm in room 2032<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grade 9 students who wish to do Planning 10 on-line next year need to see Mr. Wiens in the Career Centre ASAP.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job opportunity for a student entering grade 10:\u00a0<\/strong>Interested in dentistry or health care? Go to\u00a0the Career Centre for details.<\/p>\n

Secondary Online Summer Learning 2016<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Offers online learning and full course credit and runs from May to July. <\/strong>Courses must be completed between May 4 and July 26. Note that students still need to enroll in 8 courses next year<\/p>\n
