Dance Tickets: <\/strong>The school dance is at 7:00 pm on May 7th<\/sup><\/strong>. You can buy tickets for $5.00 in the rotunda at lunch.\u00a0 All grades welcome!<\/p>\n

Grads!<\/strong>\u00a0 If you are planning on participating in the Grad dinner\/dance you will need to have your fees paid FIRST <\/span><\/strong>in order to sign up for a table!\u00a0 We will do sign-ups for tables (10 per table) after the May long weekend!!\u00a0 Don’t miss out on your choice of table and location!<\/p>\n

Intramurals: <\/strong>Grade 11 and 12 Handball tournament will start next week.\u00a0 The schedule and teams will be posted before the end of the week.\u00a0 Check the intramural board. The grade 9 and 10 handball tournament is cancelled due to lack of interest.<\/p>\n

Grade 8 Badminton<\/strong>: \u2013 Sign-up sheets are now posted.\u00a0 It is a grade 8 only doubles badminton tournament.\u00a0 Only sign up if you intend to show up. Sheets will be taken down Monday, May 11.<\/p>\n

Attention Chemistry Students: <\/strong>If you are signed up for a Chemistry lab please remember that you MUST show up with closed toed shoes for safety reasons. If you wear flip flops or sandals, you will be turned away.<\/p>\n

Scholarships<\/strong>:\u00a0 If you have received a scholarship, please come up to the school office and see Mrs. Gilbert with your letter of confirmation from the issuing institute. We want to recognize and congratulate you at the Grad Ceremony!<\/p>\n

Attention all students going on the Playland Field Trip May 5: <\/strong>We are holding a meeting in the science lab on Thursday at lunch. All students going on this trip must attend the meeting<\/span><\/strong>. A handout will be provided.<\/p>\n

There are a few spots left for students who wish to attend this trip. Permission forms are in the Science Kiosk<\/p>\n

Attention all girls aged 7 \u2013 18:<\/strong> Your community lacrosse association is offering a fun-filled afternoon for all girls who are interested in learning more about women\u2019s field lacrosse. On Saturday, May 9th<\/sup><\/strong>, come to the Queen\u2019s Park Turf Field in New West from 12 – 2 pm. Bring a friend and appropriate footwear \u2013 they will supply the rest!\u00a0 For more information about this free session, please contact Carol Soenen at girlsfield@minorbellies.com<\/p>\n
