If you recently (Jan or Feb 2015) did first aid with Clayton, Coghill or Urquhart, you have one more day to do the first aid practical test: Monday, March 30<\/strong>.\u00a0 Report to your teacher\u2019s office at the start of the block to do the test.<\/p>\n

Cathay Pacific’s “I Can Fly” Program<\/strong>\u00a0offers grade 11 high school students the opportunity to step behind the scenes of commercial aviation to learn if it is the right career path for their future. They provide an 8-week Academy and meet once a week in the evening to explore various careers in aviation. Pilots, flight attendants, airport staff and others who work in the airline and travel industry will provide valuable insight into their jobs and offer tips on how to best follow their footsteps. Through a series of lectures, field trips and hands-on exercises, participants will gain valuable insights into the exciting field of commercial aviation.
