Paper forms are no longer accepted for any grade.<\/p>\n<p>When registering, the following documentation is required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proof of birth date of student<\/strong>\u2013 Birth Certificate, passport<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proof of residency<\/strong>( 2 pieces)\u00a0 One from each of the following categories\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Category A<\/strong>\u2013 proof of ownership of a dwelling or lease \/ rental agreement, legal documents indicating BC residence; parent or guardian filing income tax return, property assessment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Category B<\/strong>\u2013 BC Hydro Bill, BC Cable Bill, Provincial drivers licence, ICBC, Care Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proof of citizenship for parents\/guardians and student<\/strong>. \u00a0Canadian birth certificate, citizenship card. passport, landed immigrant document, permanent resident card.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Most Recent Report Card <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Any Legal Documents regarding custody<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All new student registration queries should be directed to Joanne_Chessa@sd42.ca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All registrations (including Gr 8) should be submitted electronically using the SD42 Parent Portal.
