Welcome new Titans,
As you enter the last few months of grade 7, we’re sure that many of you have already started to think about your move to high school in September. We, the staff and students of SRT, are excited to welcome you into our community. Next September, we’ll have grade 8 students starting at our school from all over Maple Ridge and surrounding communities. So far, we have students from:
Harry Hooge, Whonnock, Kanaka Creek, c̓əsqənelə, St. Patrick’s, James Cameron, Traditional Learning Academy, Albion, Meadowridge, Alexander Robinson, Maple Ridge Christian, Alouette, Scott Middle, Blue Mountain, Golden Ears, Hammond, Urban Academy, Maple Ridge Elementary, Eric Langton
What this means is that every one of you will be meeting new people and that the one thing you’ll have in common is that you’re SRT Titans. The first chance to come together in your new home will be on Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 from 8:50 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. On that day students will have a chance to meet and interact with fellow members of the grad class of 2027, meet teachers and senior student mentors, and have fun! We will also provide a BBQ lunch.
More details about the Grade 7 visit will be sent out in May.
