Banquet/Dry Grad – Saturday, June 1 (Meadow Gardens). The week of April 22 we will be sending families a timelines of the banquet/dry grad. For right now, grads need to arrange to be at Meadow Gardens between 5:00-5:30 p.m. (no earlier).
Dry Grad final balance of $150.00 is due now on the parent portal or cash/cheque at the office. Please do not post-date cheques. The order in which grads will choose a seat at the banquet is the order in which they pay out their final balance. Any questions regarding final balances should be directed to Christine_Watts@sd42.ca
GUEST FORMS – Applications for guests to attend our banquet/dry grad events will be available on Monday, April 15. Grads must pay out their final balance for a guest form will be accepted for review.
GROWING SMILES PLANT/BASKET FUNDRAISER – This is our very last Dry Grad fundraiser of the year. The deadline for orders is Monday, April 22 with delivery at SRT on Wednesday, May 8. Please let family and friends know that this fundraiser is happening. We appreciate all the support for Dry Grad 2024.

Graduation Ceremony Tickets – Tuesday, June 18 @ 5:00 pm (Chandos Auditorium at Pacific Academy). Each family can purchase up to 8 tickets in total at the moment. In the coming weeks, if we have additional tickets available, we will let families know. There are no assigned seating other than accessible seating/staff and presenters. Any questions regarding the graduation ceremony should be directed to Mrs. Watts by calling the school office or emailing, Christine_Watts@sd42.ca
ACCESSIBILITY SEATING – If you have a family member that is in need of wheelchair seating, please email Christine_Watts@sd42.ca. There is lots of seating at the Chandos Theatre and there is a gradual slope. Any questions about seating can be directed to Mrs. Watts.
