On April 24th, we\u2019re excited to introduce a new format for our student-led conferences. Both the afternoon and evening sessions will feature a mix of scheduled appointments and drop-in times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can now book a scheduled appointment via the Parent Portal<\/strong> from 1:00 pm to 2:30<\/strong> pm or from 5:00 pm to 6:00<\/strong> pm. For families who prefer a more flexible option, drop-in conferences will be available from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note, we ask that you do not book appointments for grade 8 elective rotation classes, as these courses only run for a few weeks. The following are the elective rotation classes: Drama 8 (Mr. Driscoll), Art 8 (Mr. Pasqualatto), Leadership 8 (Ms. Cranna), Culinary 8 (Mr. Tillotson), Textiles 8 (Ms. Hindson), Digital Literacy 8 (Ms. Schafer), Wood 8 (Ms. Branden), Metal 8 (Mr. Faresin), Guitar 8 (Mr. Halfnights), Foods 8 (Ms. Rowell), Digital Media 8 (Mr. Clippingdale), and Outdoor Ed 8 (Mr. Penacerrada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Instead, we encourage you to prioritize booking appointments for your child\u2019s core, year-long classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We hope this new structure works well for your family, offering both planned and flexible meeting options.
