{"id":6981,"date":"2022-01-21T19:02:44","date_gmt":"2022-01-21T19:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secondary.sd42.ca\/pmss-new\/?p=6981"},"modified":"2022-03-09T19:36:53","modified_gmt":"2022-03-09T19:36:53","slug":"jan-31-semester-2-bell-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/secondary.sd42.ca\/pmss\/jan-31-semester-2-bell-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Jan 31 \u2013 Semester 2 Bell Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PMSS will revert back to a 4 Block per day schedule with a Flex Hold.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/secondary.sd42.ca\/pmss\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/SEM-2-Bell-Schedule-2021.22.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SEM 2-Bell Schedule 2021.22<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2 Block schedule that was implemented for the month of January, was done so out of an abundance of caution, to reduce communal transitions between classes and avoid crowding and congestion in light of the new Omicron variant.\u00a0 With a return to 4 Blocks, PMSS will be implementing other measures to protect the health &amp; safety of staff &amp; students including one way hallways, staggered releases and the implementation of a Flex hold \u2013 meaning students will stay in their first block class for Flex (temporary measure).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We continue to ask students to ensure they complete the daily health check, wear their masks 100% of the time and practice healthy hand hygiene.<\/p>\n<p>We fully understand the stresses that come with schedule changes and acknowledge the hardships that some encountered.\u00a0 We also acknowledge the resiliency that our staff &amp; students have displayed, having undergone significant changes over the course of the last two years.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you again for your continued cooperation to ensure we protect everyone\u2019s health &amp; safety.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, regular Semester Two classes will start Monday, January 31st<\/p>\n<p>Regards,<\/p>\n<p>Colin Sharpe<\/p>\n<p>Principal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PMSS will revert back to a 4 Block per day schedule with a Flex Hold.
