We suggest you go over the selections <em>prior<\/em> to course selection happening the last week of February (see below):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/secondary.sd42.ca\/pmss\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMSS-Course-Selection-Guide.docx-2.pdf\">PMSS Course Selection-Guide.docx (2)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>February 9 &#8211; 11, 2026 <em>(current Grade 8s only)<\/em><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ms. Girbav will be coming into your <strong><u>Grade 8 Science classes<\/u><\/strong> to guide you through the <strong><em>MyClass password reset process<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>February 17 &#8211; 18, 2026<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Counsellors will be coming to all <strong><u>Grade 8-11 English classes<\/u><\/strong> to go over the course selection process and where applicable, will help reset and set up MyClass accounts for students.<\/li>\n<li>If your child has NOT been able to access their student accounts, it is <u>VERY<\/u> important that they attend <em>these English classes<\/em> to ensure they are set up correctly on their MyClass account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>February 23 &#8211; 26, 2026<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students will be called down by grade to begin their online course selection.<\/li>\n<li>** <strong>If the student does NOT have access to their Student Myclass account, they will be asked to attend a follow-up session the <em>following<\/em> week.<\/strong> Unless absent, all students <em>should<\/em> have received access to their accounts by February 18th per the schedule above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We will be doing catch-up sessions the first week of March for anyone who missed or did not have a MyClass account previously set up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Updated January 22, 2026: Course Selection is done ONLINE through your Student MyClass accounts. &nbsp; The link to the 2026-2027 course selection book can be found below.
