If you have any questions, see Ms. Foo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grad Committee<\/strong> will begin meeting on <strong>Monday Sept 14<sup>th<\/sup> at lunch in Room 1117<\/strong>. This is NOT an exclusive club that you have to be a member of. <strong>All grads are welcome<\/strong> all the time to begin planning the big event. The agenda for Monday includes Grad Clothes and Winter Formal.\u00a0 \u00a0 See you Monday!<\/p>\n<p>A reminder Grads, to be sure you are \u00a0checking the Grade 12 Teams page daily so that you don&#8217;t miss important information.<br \/>\nOn <strong>Monday<\/strong>, there is an <strong>information session for the University of Toronto at Meadowridge School starting at 6:30 p.m.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications <\/strong>are still being accepted for the\u00a0Dual Credit\u00a0 Early Childhood Education\u00a0program for this year. Please contact Ms. Domitruk for more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested in becoming a firefighter? <\/strong>The\u00a0Maple Ridge Youth Fire Academy\u00a0is now accepting applications from Grade 11 and 12 students. Pick up an application in the Career Centre, from Ms. Domitruk. Applications must be submitted by Friday, September 18th.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you interested in volunteering at the Hospital? <\/strong>The\u00a0Volun<strong>teen<\/strong>\u00a0applications open up on Monday, September 14th and closes on October 2nd. This program runs from October to May. Please find the QR code to apply on the bulletin board outside of the Career Centre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Volleyball Try Outs:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grade 8 &#8211; 12 Boys: <\/strong>\u00a0 TODAY from 3 \u2013 5 pm in the SMALL GYM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grade 11 &amp; 12 Girls:<\/strong> TODAY from 6pm \u2013 8pm in the SMALL GYM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grade 8 Girls:\u00a0 <\/strong>Monday, September 14<sup>th<\/sup> and Wednesday, September 16<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0 from 3 \u2013 4:30 in the MAIN GYM<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Attention Band Students:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>All morning and afternoon bands will be meeting next week in the band room. Notice of bands and times are posted on the band room door.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Attention Choir Students<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<\/span>Our Choir Kick Off Party is tomorrow, from 3:00 \u2013 5:30PM in the Choir Room # 1215. All current choir students<strong> and anyone interested in joining choir<\/strong>\u00a0are invited.<br \/>\nCome hang out, meet your fellow choir members, learn more about the program, and kick off the year together.\u00a0<strong>Pizza will be provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grade 8 Dance &#8211; TONIGHT, September 11th<\/strong> 6pm &#8211; 7:30pm &#8211; Main Gym &#8211; Dress in your best beach\/summer attire.
