Since the release of this update, many different concerns have begun to circulate online in the region. For all the latest information, visit the School District No. 42 website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sd42.ca\/news\/announcements\/\">www.sd42.ca\/news\/announcements\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, consistent practice of good respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene will help to limit exposure.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cover the mouth and nose during coughing or sneezing with a tissue or a flexed elbow and disposing of used tissues in a plastic-lined waste container, followed by hand hygiene.<\/li>\n<li>wash hands with plain soap and water, is effective at removing visible soil as well as viruses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Provincial Health Officer advises that children in the school setting should clean their hands:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 before leaving home and on arrival at school<br \/>\n\u2022 after using the toilet<br \/>\n\u2022 after breaks and sporting activities<br \/>\n\u2022 before food preparation<br \/>\n\u2022 before eating any food, including snacks<br \/>\n\u2022 before leaving school<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>School districts across the province are working with local Health Authorities with updates on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
