DESCRIPTION:🔄 Retake Day: October 14 \nDarby Photos’ retake process ensures that every student who needs a new portrait has the opportunity. The return “proof” process from main photo day is repeated with retakes. \nReasons for Retakes: \n\nThe student was absent on the main photo day.\nThe student attended but would like a retake (family preference – any reason is valid).\n\nRetake Requests: \n\nAbsent on main photo day→ Students will automatically be scheduled for retakes. No parent/student action required.\nRequesting a retake→ Parents/guardians/student must submit a request through the online gallery by the deadline listed on the proof sheet from the original photos provided. Instructions for accessing the gallery and submitting requests will be included with the proof.\n\nPlease note: students who attend the retake session will forfeit access to their original main photo images. The retake will replace the original for the ordering galleries\, yearbook\, MyED and all office image products.
